We work with you to design an implementation plan that is best for you. This usually starts with a Strategic Process Review where we evaluate your goals and resources, and then use this information to work with you to design an implementation plan for your project. We will then follow this plan with periodic reviews to ensure that we’re achieving all of your needs. As we discover areas where the software needs customization to match your specific issues, we can either train staff members on how to make those changes or we can make them for you.
Later in the process we will ‘pilot’ your system with you to ensure that it is setup to fit your needs well before we train users and prepare to go live. This 'pilot' process allows you to use your own data to give you as real of a simulation as possible so that when it is time to go 'live,' you will know what to expect.
During that training process, your staff will work with people who are well versed in every aspect of the software, and who understand your business processes. With a detailed schedule and work plan for your project, you can rest at ease that each phase of your project is well thought out and will put you in prime position to make your deadlines and stay on budget.
And finally at go-live, we can assist you every step of the way to ensure that your use of your Epicor solution starts in the right direction. As time goes on we can certainly assist you in any number of different issues such as month-end inventory, financial reports, or anything else that may come about.
